About
LACADE
This is the beginning of a story.
In Autumn 2025, its first chapter quietly unfolds.
The inspiration comes from the things designer Laurence Dacade holds most dear—the presence and posture of people moving through the city, evolving lifestyles, and above all,her deep affection for Japan.
These fragments are gathered through a European sensibility, and woven together with Japanese craftsmanship and aesthetics.
Each pair of shoes is made in Japan.
They are timeless expressions where French chic and the quiet beauty of Japan merge.
Rooted in daily life, yet drawing out the innate individuality and elegance of the wearer.
Wearing these shoes is like putting on makeup—they gently cast light on the inner glow of those who wear them.
Masculine and virginal.
Sporty and elegant.
A harmony of opposing elements—shoes made for living freely in the present.
At the heart of LACADE lies a childhood memory.
A Japanese mask given to Laurence by her parents:a white-painted face, black hair, red lips—the lingering colors of Kabuki and Noh(Japanese traditional performing arts), where stillness meets strength.
This memory continues to breathe within her, a quiet origin of creativity.
LACADE is a beginning. A story that begins the moment you choose to wear it.
About Designer : Laurence Dacade

Laurence is a designer known for fusing French chic, femininity, and sensuality in her shoe creations.
She studied shoemaking at the AFPIC School, where she mastered the technical craft and developed a pursuit of shoes that are both sexy and comfortable—perfectly balanced in form and function.
Her inspiration comes from women she encounters while traveling the world, and from fleeting everyday moments in places like airports and train stations.
Among her greatest influences is her deep affection for Japanese culture. A childhood memory of receiving a traditional Japanese mask remains at the heart of her creative vision.
In addition to her own brand “laurence dacade”, she also designs the shoes collections for some of the most glamorous luxury brands.
Through her work, she aims to highlight each woman’s individuality and beauty—one pair of shoes at a time.
